Ingredients:
  • 500 gr cork fresh fish, cut into pieces
  • 3 pcs red chilies, chopped
  • 2 pcs tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 stalk lemongrass, crushed
  • 2 cm galangal, crushed
  • 2 bay leaves
  • Lbr 4 lime leaves, chopped
  • 500 ml of water
  • ½ tablespoon of salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
Blend the spices:
  • 6 pcs red onions
  • 3 cm turmeric
  • 3 cloves garlic
How to make:
  • Sauté the ground spices, red chillies, tomatoes, lemon grass, galangal, bay leaves and lime leaves until fragrant.
  • Enter the fish, stir until it changes color, add water, salt and pepper.
  • Once cooked remove and serve hot with warm rice. Good luck.
