Pindang Ikan (Lampung) |
Ingredients:
- 500 gr cork fresh fish, cut into pieces
- 3 pcs red chilies, chopped
- 2 pcs tomatoes, chopped
- 2 stalk lemongrass, crushed
- 2 cm galangal, crushed
- 2 bay leaves
- Lbr 4 lime leaves, chopped
- 500 ml of water
- ½ tablespoon of salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- 6 pcs red onions
- 3 cm turmeric
- 3 cloves garlic
- Sauté the ground spices, red chillies, tomatoes, lemon grass, galangal, bay leaves and lime leaves until fragrant.
- Enter the fish, stir until it changes color, add water, salt and pepper.
- Once cooked remove and serve hot with warm rice. Good luck.
