Chicken Green Chili Seasoning (Lampung)

Blend the spices:

  • ½ cm galangal
  • ½ cm ginger
  • ½ tsp pepper granules
  • 2 tsp salt
How to Make:
  • Marinate chicken with garlic, lemon juice, and salt until blended.
  • Fry in hot oil until half dry. Remove and drain.
  • Heat oil, saute ground spices until wilted.
  • Enter kandis acid, green tomatoes, and tekokak, stirring until wilted.
  • Add the chicken and add 100 ml of water, stir and cook until the flavors mingle.
