Curried Eel Ferns (Jambi) |
Ingredients :
- 1 kg of fish eel
- 2 bunches of fern leaves
- 5 cups coconut milk
- turmeric leaves
- salt to taste
- Fish steamed eel difilet ago, picking the leaves of ferns.
- Saute the mashed. Enter the coconut milk and cook until boiling.
