2 tablespoons cooking oil
2 stalks lemongrass, crushed
5 bay leaves
4 leaves of turmeric
1 kg mutton, cut into pieces
2 liters of coconut milk from 2 coconuts
Fried onions for topping
Subtle seasoning:
200 g red chili, stew
10 grains of red onion
5 cloves garlic
2 cm ginger
4 cm turmeric
½ tsp cumin
1 tsp coriander
salt to taste
How to Make Meat Recipe Curried Goat:
1. Heat oil, saute ground spices, lemon grass, bay leaves, turmeric leaves until fragrant
2. Enter the goat meat, and cook until half-cooked
